im restoring 76 2+2 as a daily driver,motor rebuilt 6000 mi. psi and leakdown very good,dist. is in bad shape vacume advance dia. blown,top plate missing parts,so much slop in shaft setting clearance impossible,nuff said..and it still ran? not good but ran ,has d6f4-01.is there any alternitive dependible fix? im 73 y.o.built and raced chevies 70-80s used mags.ignitions &elec not my best knowlage. some advice i have seen makes my head spin. ...any help appreciated. thanks don
