Hey guys, I'm new to the Z scene and need some help. I might be buying my uncle's 78 280Z. It was parked about 7 years ago and has not been moved or started since. It was a solid daily driver back then and was parked because he needed a bigger car not because of any problems.

What should I do before trying to get her to start?
What problems should I expect because it has been sitting for so long? (suspension?)

since it is a 78 make sure u drain the gas tank and gas lines before you do anything also get some parts cleener from auto zone and clean the fuelinjectors get new spark plugs and distributor cap (MAKE SURE U WIRE IT LIKE IT WAS WIRED BEFORE) assemble everything change oil and pour fresh gas in it and it should start of course u gona have to turn it over afew times because ther is no fuel in the lines but it should start right up if it don't check your mass airflow sensor.
