Hmmm.. An attempt to bring this more back to topic. Snw can you take a picture of your oil cooler for me and how you have it mounted? I am having trouble deciding where/how to mount mine.

 

no oil cooler. only came on the automatic turbo cars. inteded to set one up, but its so damn cold right now anyway the engine runs really cold already (never fully heats up thanks to a larger ZX radiator and the frigid IL temps)

 

Damn, I guess I`ll figure it out and take some pics for you. I`ve been having some issues with getting parts, but I believe the engine will be going in today. I got new tires yesterday and my new fuel pump is supposed to be here. All this work and I`ve never even driven my z, except around the block... once. I`m excited to have it going.

 

yeah, the first time you hit full boost in that 1st gear you could scream and then giggle.that is if its running right. mine had some major timing issues from a poor oil pump swap/dizzy modification. long story, replaced the shaft and dizzy though and absolutley perfection
