I am in the same boat. I have a 71 240 which I updated to a electronic ignition and now can't get the tach to work? If I were to rewire it; it is from the negative coil post to the tach? Trouble is my tach didn't work prior to the new ignition? How many wires go to the tach (It is the one held in place by wing nuts?). Thanks, Kurt.

Thank you Tom. The rack went in nicely, just waiting to get it aligned. Slowly but surely. One question while I have you. My car has sat for seven years, and when I start it it will run rich and smoke (Black/rich) each time I rev it up? Once run hard and then reved it will not smoke much at all? The car has 3x40DCOE's and a cam (Lumpy idle). Is it not ment to idle long? It should be on the road permanently soon and hopefully work its self clean. Thanks, Kurt.

Thank you. They are so intimidating though, maybe after the book, and when there is snow on the ground I will take a crack at them. I am just happy it runs at this point. So many bigger fish to fry. I have been trying to send pictures for a while now; hope these come through. Kurt.

I had a few small rust holes the the floor which I fiberglassed, and there looks to be some bondo or something (not much) in front of the rear wheels. The paint is bad too. Interior needs a center counsel and seat covers, the rest is really not bad. The expensive performance items are already there; Older; but at least there. Keep you informed, Kurt.
