l26 draw through turbo

l26 draw through turbo

Hi all just picked up a 73 260z engine was just refreshed have all receipts etc. While im waiting for better weather, im planning on what i want from this car. I think id like to go with a draw through turbo setup. Has anyone on here have experience with this? Advice?

You'd be MUCH better off swapping in an L28ET if you want to go turbo. If you are dead set on having a turbo carb setup, be prepared for constant tuning / adjusting. Read the book "Maximum Boost" before doing anything else.

+1,000,000,000 on the L28ET swap. The swap is cheaper than buying a set of triple Mikuni's for the blow through setup. It's ancient technology and unless you like tweeking and messing around with them constantly, changing jets, finding leaks, custom fabrication, heart ache, etc, etc it's not the way to do it at all.

I probably agree... but one vital diference is i plan on draw thru... turbo after carb..... i will read that book...
