I have a 1978 280z and i'm going to carbs .My ? is what exactly will i have to do.I know remove all injection parts but what about when i remove injection harness.will i have to rewire any-thing or unplug harness.I how my way around z's pretty well just wanted input.

 

The 280z uses the engine bay harness (not efi harness) for the temp gauge wire and coil. Just pull the EFI harness, intake manfold, and swap on the carbs. You'll also need to convert to carb fuel pump. PurePontiacKid did this swap and would probably have tips for you (if he's in the mood).
