fuel

Hey everyone just joined the online world of Z's. I have an issue that could use some assitance. My '78 Z had a couple fuel leaks that I believe to have fixed; replaced injector hoses and o-rings in the fuel pump. But now it wont start. Im getting pressure in the fuel rail but there is nothing coming out of the return line. I dont know if the whole system needs to be bled or what. Your help will be much appreciated.

Welcome to ZDriver!

Have you verified that your new fuel pump is actually running / priming?

If it is running it may just be clogged up and mearly making noise with a dribble to the engine. You need 35 psi for the injectors to work right. I you don't have any return fuel it means the pressure regulator doesn't have enough fuel pressure to even open. Check your fuel filters.
