1976 280Z N42 Head

Ihave a 1976 280Z that got a new cylinder head in 1984. The service manager (whom I respected highly)told me at the time that the replacement head (and camshaft) was the newversion that oiled through the cam instead of just dripping oil in. The serviceticket shows both a head and cam in the parts ordered list, but the partnumbers are not legible. The numberstamped on the head is N42, the only one listed on zcarsource.com for a1975-1976 280Z. I would have expected itto be an N47, which is listed for a 1977-1980 280Z/ZX. Can anyone help shed some light on this? Thanks in advance.

Remove the valve cover, take a photo and post the photo. It's easy to tell whether it's internally or externally oiled.
