Also. i whanted to put a rear and forn strut bars How much (estimated) are they selling for and where can i get them at.
I was planning on DRIFTING the car so if anybody have any ideas on what i could do to the car to make it a better drifter stable and safe.

So you only want a roll bar for looks? Not trying to be mean & stereotype you, but I'm guessing you're 17?
I personally would laugh at anyone that stuck a roll bar in for "looks." That fits the "teenage rice rocket" image perfectly. But since you did mention drifting, I guess it would help you, slightly. If you do plan on getting LSD & going drifting, I suggest a good set of springs, struts, and strut tower bars.

A rollBAR (as opposed to a rollCAGE), is likely to be anywhere in the low to mid 100's. MSA has some nice ones. They nearly always cost more than other sources, but are about 10 times more likely to have what you want and save you a lot of time. You call, pay, and the parts show up a few days later. Here's a link to them:

Black Dragon Auto www.blackdragonauto.com, nee Victoria British, might have them, too.
I'm sure there are other suppliers, too. Thing is, shipping on a whole roll bar could be kind of expensive. If you live in a decent-sized metro area, there has to be at least one race shop that can build one for you, too. If you actually plan to compete in drifting events, go for an SCCA legal bar, and get honest-to-god racing seats and harnesses. They might be required (I don't actually know, I've never understood the classes and requirements of the drifter groups), and even if they aren't they're an excellent safety upgrade. Do not mix harnesses with stock seats.
One note: there was a nice article on drifting in Sport Z Magazine recently. They had some very interesting points on why early Z's are rare at drifting events. Before you sink a lot of money into turning your S30 into a drift competitor, it might be worth a look.
good luck,
Dave

Just get a roll bar from Autopower. They have a list of distributors on their website. http://www.autopowerindustries.com/
If you want it mainly for "looks", you can bolt it in yourself instead of welding. Comes with backing plates and hardware. Just have to drill a few holes. It will still stiffen the car up.

I second the Autopower 4-pt if you're just going for looks. Be advised, however, it will punch a hole in the back of your head if you're hit from behind and you don't have it heavily padded - unless you're under 6' tall Then you might be far enough from it.

if you only want looks, go to the hardware store and get some PVC pipe and spraypaint it. then turn your hat sideways and wonder why everyone laughs at you, even though you rev to the redline at every stoplight.
