1986 nissan 300zx blower motor problem!

1986 nissan 300zx blower motor problem!
I need help! My blower motor is acting up ! First, when I put the key in the "on" position the bloower motor turns on high speed! Once I start the car it stays on for a couple a seconds and turns off! Now what I noticed that when I'm driving around the blower motor turns on and off randomly when I usually come to a stop or push down on the brakes. When I have it off it turn s on by itself when I come to a stop or red light the digi screen goes blank!.... Now when I have it ON and I come to a stop or slow down it turns off and I noticed that the digital screen goes blank and all the icons turn off and then turns back on again once I hit the gas! I have no idea what's the problem but I need some insight! This only started like a month ago but the situation has progressed too much in which I have to take the fuses out!
If it helps I also hear a tick noise in the engine bay like its disengages something and engages its weird its only happens when the screen goes blank. I have the fuses out so the blower is off but the screen and the tick noises still continue on. I also hear ticks under the dash but that's the relay and I think the solenoids near the gas pedal ... This problem never happens on the freeway .

check your vacuum hoses usually the problem with HVAC system. get the FSM from xenon. READ IT.
if you would really like answers that would help you and avoid flames give the following info when you post: year of car, n/a or turbo engine, stick or slushbox, digital or analog dash. Most of us can tell by the year what model you have ie 85T is a turbo z31. Z cars come in many flavors and they are all different. example 84,85,86 Z31's pretty comparable. there were changes in 87,88,89. in addition 300ZX can refer to two completly different cars the Z31 and the Z32. No mindreaders here the more info you can post the more likely you get a cogent useful answer. The cars with L engine (straight six) changed almost yearly from their introduction. A 240Z and and a 280Z have similarities but they can also have wide variance
