I was interested in going to this, but it happens to be during the same weekend as San Diego Comic Con, so I won't be able to make it.

 

SD Comic Con .. bringing Mach 5 "Z", right?

btw .. I presume you're going to MSA? (I'm not)

How about Blackhawk - end of June? (I'm planning on it. Hoping Z is done by then.)

Motoring J Style .. too bad you're Mach 5 would be an awesome site at that car show.

 

How come you're not making it to MSA?? Yeah, I'll be at MSA and Blackhawk as usual.

When I went to Comic Con last year, I drove my Mazda3, and it's a good thing I did! Not just for fuel economy purposes, but the heat and stop n' go traffic was terrible! So I'm glad I brought my nice modernl air-conditioned auto.-tranny Mazda!

 

The plan WAS to trailer the Z down .. traveling w/family .. turning the event into "vacation".

1) I have not yet acquired a trailer.
2) Other commitments would make this a "solo" trip for me. After my last trip to MSA .. Z breaking down near Bakersfield .. I'm cautious.
3) June "family" trip is now planned for Disneyland. We're driving down. I don't feel like driving 2X.
4) Bigger "summer trip" planned .. AFTER Blackhawk, but before the Motoring J Style show.
