Z with no motor or tranny

Im looking for something to put a 350 in... I dont need the motor or tranny as I have them already, I seek something with a solid body and a nice interior... t-tops would be great too... let me know what you've got and how much... also I have a 91 thunderbird SC with 90,000 miles on it for trade. thanks

I've got a pretty good 81 280ZX 2+2 I just pulled the engine out of. The body and interior are pretty good. Very little rust as it's from Southern Oregon. Any reasonable offer ($200.00?), as I have way too many Z cars.
