I'm looking for a Z car, 70-78, on the East Coast, with little or no rust. I'm open to swapped cars, mild projects, etc. I am located in the Northeast, and am willing to travel with my trailer for pickup. Looking to spend less than $8k.

Either is good = but Wyoming is too far from the East Coast, unfortunately.
