Wanted: Arizona Z Car 4-Barrel Intake

How's it goin guys?

Finally got a job...and a Holley 4160 carburetor

I just tried Arizona Z Car, but they wont have any ready to ship until late next week. So I thought I'd see if anyone on the wonderous Z Driver would happen to have one laying around in pretty good condition.

Thanks!!

From the google machine:

http://www.zcar.com/forums/718050/ar...z-car-manifold

Doesn't MSA / BDA have a 4 barrel intake as well?

Thanks.....I've seen a few more around, but the price is near double. After some reading I've found that most people are better satisfied with the AZ manifold.

I'll have to post on there and see if they still have it for sale but it looks like that post was from 2007. I ran into that post earlier but hesitated due to the age of the post.....unless I'm missing something. Not much of a forum guy lol.

The only reason I'm itching so bad is because I've got the complete swap ready to go aside from the manifold lol.....so I'm setting at work every day looking at a pile of car parts under my desk...dying a little inside as each afternoon passes.

Dah! I fail... the google result had it dated May 2, 2010, so I didn't even look at the actual forum post date.

Know anybody who works in an aluminum welding shop? You could hack up a stock intake & make a 4 barrel mount pretty easy, and a lot cheaper than AZ Z car's. Your options are pretty limited... wait it out, or find someone willing to part w/ one.

Ya no doubt. I live in the stix so there are absolutely no fab shops around. I could trek to Atlanta, but I'd rather just wait it out for the AZ lol......

Dude...

$269 for the AZ ZCAR manifold... which you'll likely be waiting for months or years before you get one: http://www.arizonazcar.com/manifold.html

OR

$439 for the MSA manfold... which you could probably get in a week, and the only major difference is the webbing between the 4 barrel holes (which you could remove in 10 minutes): http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/11-2995

The MSA one looks like it would actually flow better...
