Fub... if you don't want to dump much $$$ into that diff, just weld up a solid mount bracket. Or just get some angle iron & have someone weld up a bracket that will work.

I want to keep rubber back there. the rear end swap was pretty easy. Just the *****. Half Shafts and hubs. that's it. you don't even have to take the back tires off. Just unbolt drive shaft. the half shafts(or other way around) then rear end. then hubs. replace hub with R180 ones(one bigg nut for each) then bolt up new rear end. then half shafts, then drive shaft. I made a sticcky on this . but Bleach turned it down.

Just swapped entire differentials. I bought mine on ebay. Came from an 87 Z31T. Remember only 87-89T's had lsd.

-Disconnect the driveline & cv's from diff.
-Remove the four long bolts from the diff neck.
-Unbolt the rear mount

and out it comes.

Install is opposite of removal... duh!

Just swap driveline flanges & that's it. Tho I think for an S30 you have to get cv adapters or swap in the S130 cv's... I'm not sure cuz I've never done an R200 into S30 swap.

WELL YOU SHOULD.... yeah we dont got those strong CV's like you guys... but i think im gonna swap the rear brake so i can have rear disc brakes on the s30... so mayb il swap the rear end then while im at it and have teh CV setup.... that way if i dot ever come across the lsd r200 its a straight swap...
