Long shot, but thought I would ask

The bottom of the my car where the fender bolts to the body is rusted out. It's not to bad(pictures look terrible) but to keep things cost effective I need essentially a transplant from another car. Does anyone have a car they are parting out/thinking about scrapping where this area is good and can cut me the panels. Failing that I guess then I need guidance on what to do. I have heared that the replacement rocker panels from black dragon come
Up to this area and have the bolt holes for the fenders, is this true? Thanks
