Illinois Z?
I'm having the hardest time finding a Z for sale in Illinois. Can anyone help?
Ideally, I'd like to find a 300zx(z31) T-tops, 5-Speed. Turbo or NA, doesn't matter.
I see plenty for sale, just not in illinois. They've probably all rusted out.
I'm willing to pay about $2500-$3000, which is a descent price for this series of car I think.
I'd appreciate any help, or links that may help me out. thanx

why dont u look at the for sale section there is a 85 300zx for sale which is only $500 and with shipping its only about $1000-$1300 and thats a good price i dunno if u saw it yet but just letting u know

I wish I had the money to pay for shipping, because I've found some awesome Z cars for sale at great prices, but they are almost all too far away for me.
If I'm not able to find a descent "Z" in Illinois, then I'll just wait until I have the money to find a nice one out of state.

I have one in my garage....
i live in Wauconda, IL... I have an 88 300ZX 5 spd coupe with t-tops. It will need a little body work, but the engine was just replaced with a 70k motor. I have about $1500 into the car. The interior is in really nice condition...almost new condition. The exterior is charcol gray and inside is black with the gray leather seats. There is an extra drivers side door, turbo rear spoiler, extra power window motors, hood struts, driver and passenger pwr mirrors that all go with the car. The car needs the IAC valve to run smoothly otherwise the idle is rough. I will sell this car for $1500 without the IAC valve...I haven't purchased this part yet. Tires are also new.

Dude the ZX sold Sunday....
I sold the 88 ZX on Sunday to a guy from Westmont...I'll see if I can help you find a turbo...
