This request doesn't make sense...
#1: ALL 1981 TURBOS WERE AUTOMATIC
#2: THERE'S NO HARNESS / ECU DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AUTO AND MANUAL TURBO. The differences between 81T and 82-83T: 81T ecu is high impedance requiring drop resistors, and uses a crank pulley CAS.

I still don't get what you're asking / doing.
Are you wanting to just swap the L28ET turbo harness onto your L28E n/a engine? Or are you swapping in the L28ET engine?
Again, the EFI harness has nothing to do with the transmission.
