For about a month now, my pass. side window is squeaking when it goes up/down. Anyone have a fix for this?

 

Both my driver n pass. side is making that squick! What should I DO!!?

My automatic window function for driver side is malfunctioning again. This is the third time. What should I DO for this TOO?? My server rep in Desert Nissan said it was nothing big to worry about. I don't know if I should trust him though. It gets irritating though....
