Street Wars tonight 4-4-2007

Anyone plan on going tonight? I know a few other non-Z people going out there. This will be my first time out there, so we shall see how badly I do. hahaha

No not yet. Suppose to be dynoed/tuned today. Pretty much the only thing left. Everything else is done.

there wasn't that much rice tonight. alot of sti's, muscle cars, and then of course all the damn obnoxiously loud civics hatchbacks.

Well, I'm no longer a drag strip virgin anymore.

I did HORRIBLE my first run. I mis-shifted from 2nd to 5th and my reaction time sucked. Second and final run I did almost the best I could, but reation time sucked again.

yep, Friday nights are definitely more busy and with alot more youngins running around. I think I might go again to the next street wars to see if I can bump my time again.

Street Wars use to be great. But the secret got out and it's way crowded. I'd rather pay the money to go and run at Test and Tune on Fridays. It's a little more serious, but not nearly as crowded.

Isn't that during the day? If so, sucks since I work during those times.

It usually runs from about 4:00p to 9:00p or so depending on which races are running on Saturday.

oh, Damn I like those times. I have enough time to get off of work drive home and change and then head out there with about 10 minutes before it starts! Is it still $20?
