Yeah, I don't think that anyone was taking a jab at you Mike. You clearly work hard and I wish I had your drive. For example, I know I should probably refinance my house and take the $150k and dump into another property, but I think more about using it as a down payment on an Aston Martin.

An AM w/only $40k financed. Not bad, you wouldn't have to worry about being upside-down w/that kind of a payment.

At least there are people like Mike, who at his particular age, works for his own. I see these 16 years old kids on other boards complaining about their 350Z or G35 when mommy and daddy bought it for them. I'm just astounded by their ungratefulness as well as egocentrism.

Brian - I am sorry I took that the wrong way, but its easy to jump to conclusions when most people do think that way about me. Let me know when you want to get some lunch.

Ty - I just went and looked at the Aston Martin DB9 for fun and man is that an awesome car. Just don't know if I would ever spend that much money on a car. $175,000.00 with 450hp. You could buy two new Corvette Z06s and turn one into a track car for that kind of money.

Cris - Thank you for your kind words.
