Anyone recommend a place to install my new Quaiffe (sp?) differential? I'll probably just go to Nissan since it's supposed to be a fairly simple job for the base model. Rec'd the part today!!!

 

If its the just a pumpkin swap we could do it at someone's house.

 

It can be done but the pumpkin is kinda awkward and heavy. But we can get a floor jack underneath it to get it in place.

 

Swapping Diffs are very easy, I have swapped the diff on my old z32 many times. Just get the car up on jack stands get a jack to lower the old diff out, pull it out and put the new one in. It is much better then paying the dealer a couple hundred bucks to do it. Does take two people though to make sure the diff does not fall off the jack and take a chunk out of the concrete.
