I signed up, anyone got a copy of AutoX for Dummies?

I don't have any suspension work at all. I think that even with my mods I'm still b stock, but if I'm wrong they'll correct me at tech I hope.

Glad to hear it! Everybody there is super nice, so you can ask them or me any questions that you have. I would just ask when you get to tech. Remember to show up early because they will not let you run if you get there late.

You pay on site the morning of the event and then you take the paperwork to tech.

Like Sam said, you pay in the morning. If you are having problems pre registering, go to SCCAForums.com and go to the Southern Pacific forum. Post your problem there and Art will add you to the list.

The Pre-Registration list has changed a little...

B Stock:
Two Miatas
One BMW Z3
One Infinity G35 Coupe (Ty)
One Nissan 350Z (Aarif)

BSP:
Two Nissan 240Zs
Two Nissan 350Zs (me and Rob)

All of the S2000s dropped out of BSP (scared?)! So now it looks like BSP will be a battle of new Zs vs. old Zs. A little family fued if you will.

That was fun. I learned a lot, not the least of which is that I'm not as good of a driver as I thought.

I definitely still love running my quarter miles though.

Aarif, I guess your tires' treads are about the same as mine after your autocross session today, eh?

Aarif and Ty, you guys both did really well for your first times out there. It gets more and more fun every time. I hope that next time we don't work while the others run again. I would like to ride along with you guys. Especially Aarif's wild rides lol. Ty, you spun it once too in the same spot didn't you?

After my 3rd run of the second session, I looked under the car and saw that my rear sway bar had lost the nut and was floating in space, useless. No wonder I couldn't fix my understeer with changing tire pressure. I think it flew out in the morning session, who knows for sure. I took off after I noticed it, didn't want Pep Boys to close before I got the bolt. Got it, took a quick spin and wanted to go back to demand some reruns. Oh well.
It was fun - Mother's Day coming up soon!

The Gtech is really pretty cool. Sorry that I forgot to give it to you before you ran the second session Rob.

Here are a couple of my runs and a Couple of Ray's. On Ray's The red line is what he ran in my car, the black is what he ran in his.

0.91 lateral Gs in a stock suspension G35 on street tires! Thats impressive. I would love to take a run with that thing in my Z with the Hoosiers.

I think that you'd probably pull more than 1.0g in yours.
