Work To Be done...
Ok Josh I found my tie rods and ball joints in Vic. British for a gand total of $119 most likly a bit more for shipping. Also I went to a body shop on Wade Hampton they do some good work though they gave me quote to pop a dent out of my rear and water proof my hatch back again, it requires minor bondo and a weild job over the spare tire spot. The quote was about $1000, so if anyone has had some body work done some place and was happy with the way it came out please share name of the shop. So if you can find those tie rods and ball joints cheaper let me know Josh, talk with you later.

AutoZone would seem to have ball joints and tie rod ends (I'm assuming you only need outers) for about $5 more total, but eliminating shipping wait & cost and giving you lifetime warranties on the parts. The AutoZone website indicates that those parts would need to be shipped in rather than being held in stock but they don't charge you for that and should have it in a day or three.
Whether the quality is equal is another matter, I'm not certain. I've had good luck with both companies so it's a matter of whether you want to deal with someone on the phone or at a parts counter. Might also check with Advance, NAPA, and maybe some of the local businesses.
$1000 seems a little steep for some simple body work, but then again it's hard to get a body shop to even look at anything approaching restoration work/rust chasing. Consider the car's value, and what you may be able to do for it yourself, before plunking down your hard-earned cash! Maybe watch them work in the shop too if you have any questions about their work...if they object to you watching their methods you might ask yourself why they wouldn't want you to see them at work. (There's probably some legitimate reasons, too, why they wouldn't want you back there...liability, for example...but I've been in body shops a few times and they didn't seem to care
