Have you checked the ZONC site? http://www.zonc.org/ (I found this via Google in about 3 seconds).

ahh i looked and you have to pay to join and go to their meets or know someone thats in it to go... weaksauce

That is weaksauce. You can probably still go to the meets, but you won't be recognized as a member until you pay. That's how the Z Club of Utah is as well. Owning a Z doesn't get you into a Z club these days.
