Unless you can remove the burrs without over sizing the holes I would say there junk. If you over size the holes you must oversize the rods and also find new pins. I would say its not worth one coming apart and trashing a just rebuilt motor, save some bucks and get new ones..........

I agree. Junkyard pistons are definitley the way to go. They aren't too expensive and you can probably get off with a set of em. You can also possible get some hypereutectic pistons or maybe even get some forged pieces, if you really feel like you're gonna be blowin some smoke on fartbox Hondas and show em how the REAL imports do this./
