Stupid, Stinking, Petty, Dumbass Part!!!

My cruise control hasn't been working for a while, so I just figured it was the module. So I went ahead and ordered another one. Well, today I put it in and it STILL doesn't work. See what happens when I just assume it's one thing. So now I got to dig deeper. Man, this is starting to resemble work! LOL I have a few relays and the actual switch in the steering column to check. I hope it's something simple, like dirty contacts or something. Of course, that would mean that I bought a new module for nothing but if that's the case I can live with it. I'll have a spare and it was only $20 anyway including the shipping. Off to work I go!

Hahahaaa...

Rizz, with the HORRIBLE traffic here in the Chicagoland area, I'm curious to know when you're EVER going to use that damn cruise control! The cruise on my car works great, but I think the only time that I've ever had the chance to try it out was this one day around three in the morning on I-55 and I was bored off me ****...

Besides, it's more fun to drive the old fashion way...with a manual transmission and with my feet ON the pedals!!

LOL...good point

But I do travel on occasion. I have family down in Tennessee that I like to visit several times a year. I've taken my car on a couple of occasions and the cruise control would've come in real handy. Especially seeing that there happens to be a lot of space between here and there and it's mostly all highway. Some twisties and curvies in the mountains that's real fun. No cruise control needed there but the other 99% of the drive I'd like to have it.
Besides I'd actually like it if everything in my car worked!
It's bad enough that I already need a new suspension, paint job and body work, I don't want my Z to be a total hooptie.

Oooooo, so thats what all of those fuses were for. My car came with about 543215 of these fuses, and connectors. I havent had to replace any of em yet. But I will soon I think.
