Hello, I have an 89 Z31 N/A 5spd and I am currently in the need of a whole car body. How compatible are the 84-89 engine/body's? I have found many donor cars but they are of earlier years than my 89. Would the 89 motor be a straight swap into say an 85, or would there be complications?

 

They all swap in only mounting difference is na vs turbo engine mounts. Just make sure you get proper gaskets. The engines are a little internal difference. A/b series is early while late is w series.
