What to look for when buying a Z31

There's a nice-looking AE for sale here, and I'm thinking about buying it. Anything in particular I should look for, as far as problem areas go? If I get it, what can I expect to have to do to it in the near future? So you know, here's the ad:

P.S. - I apoligize if this gets asked often. I searched for a few things, but didn't find what I need. It's not as if I'm looking for information on a particular part or problem, either.

Did you look at z31.com ... theres a nice write up that answers exactly that question (well it's either there or at AZ-ZBum's site)

this is an older thread, but the car is still for sale--sounds in similar condition as mine was at purchase--there are only 1079 of these left living anymore. how can you go wrtong, except to crash the thing???

forgive me-- iread the date wrong--this is good. this AE is worth the purchase--i was advised that one in similar condition to mine sold here in sandyacho for 20k because they are so rare. as i said above, there are only 1079 left so how can it be too bad. and it sounds ok.
