Here are a few pics of the new toy. Can you say Twinz? It wasn't planned to buy a virtual copy of the car that I already have, but it was the right deal, at the right place, at the right time. I snapped these pic after I got her home, and then left town for the weekend, 15 minutes later.







The little lady was wearing a bra for so long that she got a rash. We got her undressed and plan on doing a thorough massage.

Stats: Stock 1994, 109k miles, purchased from 2nd owner who bought it in '96. All maintenance performed at the nissan dealer except for some oil changes. 20k to go on t-belt.

We're going to be watching for a TT donor car for a while. If nothing comes up, we'll buy a clip.

and why is the part around the foglamps/turnsignals black?? paint just flake off?

Super-White #326. The black stripe along the front, around the fogs & turns, is oem just like in my sig pic.

i am pretty sure the black stripe was not OEM in '94. my '94, which has never been painted, has no black stripe.

This spurred my curiosity as there are no signs, ot carfax history, of any crash damage. Most of the info that I could find states that the black (charcoal?) stripe went away with the '95 model year. One site states that it went away in the '94.5 model year. At the minimum, it's an early '94 production car. I also just found out that the keyless entry was first added in '94. I just figured it was aftermarket before searching.

I dunno ....... I've never owned a car without a roof or with holes in the roof. I get plenty of that open-air feeling when I ride my motorcycle, I guess.

No tt's yet. The new one will be a tt after it gets wheels, a new fascia, and a few other small mods.
