wind deflectors

Does anyone make wind deflectors for our cars? My real problem is i really like driving with my window open...Sometimes even in like mist i will drive with the window open. When i turn on my wipers the water just hangs around the corner and smacks me in the face, or drips all over my pants!

I've noticed that too but it doesn't bother me enough to put wind deflectors on. In my opinion I think wind deflectors are ugly on any car but would be even worse on a 280ZX.

I've never seen any 280zx's w/ door wind deflectors. Usually you have to have the window frame at the top of the door to attach it to.

Now I can't be positive, but I'm pretty sure the 280zx in GT4 had wind deflectors on it. I could be thinking of a different car but I'm pretty sure that's the car I'm thinking of.

^ It does, but notice it's a slicktop. I'd like to see someone put deflectors on a T-Top equipped car.

I've never seen them on any car that has frameless door windows. Otherwise, if they're attached to the body, the glass would tear the deflectors off as soon as you open the door. It may be possible to use straight deflector pieces, but that'd probably look pretty odd. I'd kind of thought of unscrewing the windshield's side trim and installing a slim, straight piece of metal between the trim and body to see if it would act as a deflector, or how it would look. But I actually find the amount/direction of wind buffeting with a ZX coupe to actually be the least of the cars I've been in lately.
