problems editing my profile... what am I missing?

problems editing my profile... what am I missing?
I was trying to add a signature on my posts and I wanted to add a picture as my main profile pic. I can't seem to find anywhere when I go to my profile that will allow me to edit this. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
