On a similar note, thanks to the Great Admin "IB Adrian" I now have access to ban email domains. So... there should be far less spamzizzle now.

 

Only thing I hate about banned e-mail domains is there's been a lot of cases on forums where say gmail is banned, then I show up as a legitimate user with a gmail and I can't use it. Otherwise though it should help out a good bit.

 

but in this case it was an obvious spam domain created just for spam. In fact, the word 'spam' was in the domain name. its not a commonly used free email domain that was blocked.

Also, 2by2 is just on a temporary break.

 

gmail.com is not banned... gmail.org gmail.net and gmail.ru are banned.

I also just added some words which cannot be used for usernames such as "******"

 

cool. I've been to some site forums where addresses such as gmail.com are banned, but that's funny though how they make a domain specifically for spam.

alright i got a dooosey here. i just got an idea after looking for product reviews again. i think it would be nice to have a forum just for product reviews. i doubt it would get big enough any time fast to have to separate it into car groups, so it would just be a place where everyone could put a brief review of a new part that they get and say "it works great" or "it broke..."
