I'm adjusting several small things on the forum, such as:

-Online users shown on Home Page
-More "type of Z car" options for your profile
-Adjusting some user titles

Anyone have suggestions or changes they want made?

 

those sound good. i'd kinda like it sometimes if the "recent posts" search went back a litte farther, just so i can get my time bearings. you know, how if nothing recently has been posted, then nothing comes up? if it always showed at least 10 or something threads that would be cool.

perhaps with a couple more frequent mods/admins we could have a second coming of Z driver.... send out some invites... yeah i could see it

 

I actually sent an email to 5800 inactive ZDriver members the other day. About 1200 emails came back undeliverable, about 20 emails from people saying they sold their Z, and one from a lady saying the guy died over the summer.

But it did work because we've had some come back...

hey good to hear nismo, yeah some ppls lives change and it just gets put on the back burner. lets blame it on the economy, everyone else does. if i think of something ill put it up. i never remember to tho.

 

now all we need is a zdriver store!


but in all seriousness i think the s30 v8 swap forum should be turned into just a plain motor swap forum, as v8's are no longer the only motors being put into these cars. oh and instead of having a performance/technical forum merged have a modification/performance forum separate. i dont know if this forum is big enough for it yet, but its something to keep in mind if zdriver ever grows into something about the size of hybridz.

i think a "car of the month" is in order, winners would be at random of course...

 

ummm... we did that already... fail! i dont think anyone got their prize and we only did it like 3 times before failure. also, it wouldnt be random it would be a post pictures and description then a vote is made within mods i think. or was it the public? idk.

 

should be public. we'd need like twice the number of frequenters before we could do that though

 

why, we dont need no stinking prizes, hell ill do the drawing my self and post it i just need a list of people that want to be in the running that month and just ask them to post a pic and nismo can put it on the homepage

also i guess ill start recruiting on myspace if its nessasary but we already give answers to questions faster than hybrid...
