Another forum im on has their FAQ's in each category, mainly common issues like wiring diagrams, wheel tire charts, common motor questions.
Things like the weatherstripping posting would be great as a sticky.

just my opinion.. but it works for us, and also for some of the trickier things there's a common "tricks of the trade section" under faq's and what not for commonly aderessed issues not covered in the chiltons/haynes manuals.
