This manifold has Sold!


Ported Datsun 280ZXT turbo manifold. This manifold has been heavily modified to allow*for much better breathing.*The stock intake runners are almost half the volume of the stock intake valves.*This manifold removes the #1 choking point of the L series turbo engines.

1) Runners have been port matched
2) Runner volume has been enlarged to flow 20% more air.
3) Throttle body has been port matched to plenum.
4) All casting marks have been smoothed
5) Plenum internal has been smoothed:
a) to increase air flow to all cylinders
b) matching the feed to #5 and #6 with that of #1 through #4.
c) increases the cooling of #5 & #6
6) Main runners have been dewebbed to keep hot exhaust gasses from being trapped between the manifold and the heat shield.
7) Includes brand new 440cc injectors
8) Includes new fuel rail
9) Includes liquid filled pressure gauge
10) Includes 240SX 60mm throttle body
11) Includes throttle body spacer to allow for stock linkage.

talk about a sweet kit. if you made these readily available, i could see quite a few kits getting sold.

 

It took a LONG time to port those runners out. I working on a different setup now
