All orders are build when requested.

Rails are built to order. Choices are, Barbed, 14mm, 11mm injector type. If you want a rail, e-mail me @ Fubarrails@gmail.com. These rails are 6063 smooth top -8, but I can build -6 or -10 if you request. Rails come with mounting hardware. Most people can source up fittings and gauges cheaper themselves, but I can supply these at request for extra. If you choose to have one or both ports for cold start and/or gauge port, please tell me where you want it/them to be, it's your choice. Each rail comes with a Serial number, these numbers help me with the history, each rail will be tied in history files with your name, city and state. along with history of any extras ordered with it. Use of Grade 8 bolts are standard for rails. This aids on tool use during install, Hex Head Button Cap bolts are available if requested. Rails are BUILT TO ORDER, and time in the shop is less then ever before, never the less I try to continue prototypes, and expanding the quality and features of the rails. The pressure relief valves from Motorcraft© are also failing around 100PSI, so that feature is also on hold. all rails MUST pass 100PSI to be sold.

L-Series Rails

Barbed Style-"New Prototype in R&D, Drastically Lowers the rail closer to the injectors for cleaner install!!!" On Hold, Failed @100PSI Test

Just updated Fubar's post with pics. I bought rail #001. It's an awesome rail. Only problem was the bracket to manifold holes were slightly off so I had to oval them out with a drill. It's a high quality rail and will flow very well.

Update7/24/13

Just an update, the new style barbed rails are going through testing. Due to the type of seal being used, We want extensive testing with perfect results before production. For those who want the older style rails, I can make a few just E-Mail me. This applies until new style is ready for production, After which older style will only be available at special request.

Any rails sold before the new standard was applied I will apply the changes at no charge other then owner pays 2 way shipping.

(07/24/13) ON HOLD!!! Motorcraft® Schrader® valves. As with any new standards applied, these come at no extra charge.

Alright ya'll. I've got a few requests, and am doing my best to keep up. I also am working on making these for a select few other engines, and no VG rails yet due to no way to test out. Also, the intakes are still on the board for prototype, but will be a while. The new style failed it's high pressure tests, so I'm working on a few changes here also.

What are the Motorcraft Schrader valves? I thought a Schrader valve was the valve they use on your tires, etc?

Many manufacturers use them with fuel friendly seals to relief fuel pressure before service

So it is like a tire valve but it is fuel resistant and you use it to bleed off pressure before servicing the system?

Yes. Most all cars these days (in the US anyway) have a fuel service valve to check fuel pressure and release fuel pressure. Super handy when diagnosing / working on the fuel system. Great idea Fubar.

That Jeep fuel rail I hacked up is a good example:

Customers Rail. He Opt'd for all the extra's.

There was a slight bump in cost, Over head went up, and ya'll know the rules of the world. 5$ is all it went up. Good news, I'm working out getting a Milling and lathe machine installed. This will allow more options and well as even better built systems. Any orders or requests that have been made before today's date will not be effected by the price raise.

cost of full setup ?

What would be the price on a rail setup like that ? would most likely be perfect for me using my stock injectors. Could a threaded adapter be made that would allow the o-ring type injectors like nismopick is using ? Just thought that would be cool to be able to reuse the rail if I changed to a turbo setup and new injectors.

Are you saying you already ordered one, or wanting to order one? I believe he just got back in town this week.

I finally got mine installed and works like a champ with 300cc injectors.
