I'm sure we can help some, but this is a Nissan Z forum, not a Toyota Camry forum.

dude, you listed at first a shitty ecplination didnt say it was a camry posted it in the Z32 section (and be VERY thankful the Z32 guys didnt post in here they woulda ripped you a knew one we were just joking) and its a new car, they will practically tel you whats wrong with them, get a code reader plug it in and scan.
its hard any times to detect sarcasm threw straight text. we dont know you either on a personal basis, so your going to have to signify its sarcasm. and i wasnt offended, just stating facts, in a very crappily spelled way
Welcome, Thrett! Sorry about the scarcasm by the others above. Yes, you are more than welcome to post here about a non-Z in our Other Cars section.
Can you tell us more about the Camry? So far, we know it's a 2002 model. What is the mileage on the odometer, assuming it has the original engine? If it does have the original engine and the mileage is under 60K, it might be due for new spark plugs and/or wires. It could also be a sensor, but those usually don't go bad until after 60K miles, and it'll cause the "Check Engine" or "Sensor" light to illuminate (which Nismo asked about earlier). Please let us know whether either of these warning lights are lit on the instrument panel.
If it were me, I'd take the car to Auto Zone and have them run the codes. They'll do it for free and let you know what part needs to be replaced if it registers on the OBD. Please let us know if no error codes appear in the test, and we can go from there in diagnosing the problem.
Also, I don't know if the 2002 Camry has a timing belt or chain, but if it has a timing belt and the mileage is at or over 60K, it is extremely critical that all belts be replaced, as well as several other engine mechanical and cooling-related parts. If this maintenance hasn't already been performed, it could result in having to buy a new engine if the timing belt breaks.

So... assuming this is a serious question...
If it throws a CEL and its blinking while the car is running, you have a misfire. Thats an easy CEL to figure out
I had fun with a P0300, P0301, P0303 and P0305 code with my Tacoma... good times...
If you have a code from the OBD-II scanner you can cross refrence it here and see what you've got...
