I put about 1/8th of a cup of power steering fluid in my gas tank accidently thinking it was octane booster....


Is there any way to get that out with out having to drain the tank, Like sea foam or hoping the filter will catch it??????????

i would just drain it... if the s130 tank is anything like the s30 tank there should be a plug right on the bottom of it. better safe than sorry by taking an easy way out.

yeah that i did not do... i'm hoping it will just burn off cause i just put a full tank of gas in and at the price of gas these days.... arghhhh

It'll burn off. Don't worry about it. You might see a little blue smoke from the tail pipe (maybe...) but it won't hurt anything. If you diluted it into a full 21 gallon tank of gas, it's not going to be a problem.

this is in the thunderchicken but good.... yeah i have to sell my z's cause i am moving and can only take one car with me. I'll be taking the Thunderchicken cause it has a back seat for the kids... I'll get another Z as soon as i can when i get to Omaha and have a good job. I'll not be pulling a "ShadyJ" though..lol

sell... dont sell, tow one with the moving truck have teh lady drive w/e else, im sure you could save at least one.
