757 Machine shops

Hello fellow Z'ers,

I have been working on a turbo motor and I finally have it broken down completely. What I need to know is where I can take the cylinder head and block to have work done to it. Is there a performance machine shop in the 757 that is familiar with nissan L motors?

Man, there's got to be a lot in the VA beach and Norfolk area, right? I'll ask my brother if he knows of any.

Thanks Tickwon, Todd at Tidewater Z told me to go to Apples automotive in Yorktown, but my Mustang guy told me not to go to them. But to find a performance shop familiar with the nissan L motor.

Vernon,
My brother went to http://www.dunkums.com/ on Jefferson Ave and liked it and the work they do. He has a friend with a Camaro and he liked the work they did too. If my memory is correct go down Mercury, then when you get to Jefferson, head torwards the shipyard and it's on your right side. Hope this helps...

Thanks Chris,

I will check them out, but since your brother used them that pretty much settles it right there.
