Well tough choice....lets weigh the pros and cons. The bike is faster....but also more dangerous. The RX-7 is sexy....but has questionable reliability, probably not the best for an only car/ daily driver. I vote keep the bike, buy another S30....and a truck/Honda beater. There aren't any Zs on craigslist right now....but there will be as Spring rolls around.

yeah... however like i stated before, theres 3 cars at my house (4 if you include my dads S30) and my mom and sister commute together since they work in the same place and my dad is usually flown out to another state 2 weeks at a time then home for one week so there will always be a car to drive if weather is poor FD conditions or if it has an issue itself.

remember that turbo 240z that was FS up near me, i tracked down that listing and emailed him. man that car cant find a good owner i guess and must be hard to sell. cause the guy originally selling it took him months, the guy that traded a SX for it selling it now had like 3 posts of interest and none really seemed to serious, im hoping since he is a desperate college kid i can get it for 2k about maybe hopefully a little less. though with no garage space i'll probably stick a block heater in it and get it a cover, make an artificial garage for it lol.

well.... the 240Z mike i found out was sold to a guy in iowa and i dont think he is selling it. which is a bummer.... it was my first choice. now im down to a tied choice of a DSM and bike or the FD.... so lets get some more votes!!! and ima talk to my friends to especially since one of them used to own an FD himself

sell the bike if you are like me on it, the speed and accel on it will give you a HUGE hard on to the point where anything other then another bike will seem dull and boring, but i dont think your bikes fast enough for that just yet.

you don't have a ton of op to enjoy the bike, and there is the danger aspect, so in this case, i'd choose to have a moderate level of fun while driving all the time, rather than a ton of fun twice a week in the summer. one less vehicle to insure too.

my ninja is 250 dollars a year to insure. i also put more miles on my bike in a month than i have any other car. in the summer i ride it EVERYWHERE when i can. i put 3k on it in 2 months about i rode alot! i havent gotten an email back about my offer though. so he might not be interested anyways.... we shall see

lol, not bad at all, i've never put so many miles on a vehicle before its a record for me. also, let it be stated, that the other car after much research has a probability of about 85% of being a AWD 5spd turbo talon, a 1g (90-93) and keep the bike so if that changes anyones vote to the FD then let it be said....
i tried my hardest to find an S30 i would be happy with, but no luck, i know my dad is looking as well, but so far cant find one which next down the list is the DSM bike option tied with the FD option

i can get you an s30 with a turbo motor running an z31T EFI setup that comes with an IC kit BOV, alum. rad., 16 gal fuel cell rear dynamat, EXTREMELY LITTLE rust (its the one i am currently about to buy) for $2800

Wouldn't mind a S30 already with a turbo....and just keep the original L24 in my 240.

i love my bike, but i think i might go with the RX7. its been a while since i've had a car i REALLY enjoy also, if its not everything i hoped for, come june 4th, the new fast and furious movie comes out, so the car will probably go up in value over the hype like it has with the past movies. haha!
