what should i do for a car, poll.
even though i feel like mentally i want to go to the RX-7.... my heart is still fighting cause DAMN its fun. i think i know how to decide for sure. if he agrees on our deal, i'll check out and drive the DSM make and if i like it, i'll make an offer i think i will be happy with if he accepts... then i'll think about which makes me tingle more.
Once motorcycles get in your blood, you're doomed to be a biker for life. I tried to give it up once.....obviously didn't work. As much as I love the Zs, nothing can compare to the fun, freedom, and exhiliration you get from a sportbike.
true^^^^ but i thought about it, this RX-7 sold for 10k 6 months ago, the F&F movie comes out this summer, i got my bike (which the guy doesnt know) for 5700 add 1800 to that im paying only 7500 for it technically speaking thats a 2500 price drop and i can probably sell it for over the 10k this summer, why? i just simply have my ways... so i think thats what i will do and then get rid of it before the wankel becomes my problem haha. then i'll get another sport bike (maybe a liter bike but i do love the flippyness of a 600) and then a nice car as well. probably a Z!
FD's are getting few and far between and in my eyes "DSM" cars are over done over used and very few are really worth it any more.
potental problems lurk in so many, more people are more likely to keep a FD in better shape. plus you may not get a chance like this again, FDs are a hard to find car.

I think FD is a realistic alternative here, the W13B sound is in a league of it`s own, and the engine gives the best power to volume and power to weight ratio (Considering its a 1.3) The only real pain is the maintenance needed, but for what you get, technically, it`s pretty much worth it.

ok... RX7 is out of the question, one reason, cause my heart hurts when i think of not riding a bike... haha... the second, cause the guy that had it was so indecisive saying ok sure, then no i need a vehicle, then well actually i like the bike, then idk, then we should meet in person and talk, and he is back to i think i should get a real vehicle...... which means he was dailying the FD so he is probably younger, and also im pretty sure he is a liar. it had 18k on the engine when the second owner had it and he claims thats what it still has on it... ok! then also claims he paid 10G's for it and i know he got it for 9k i believe even..... then just all the suspicions added up and then the maintenance and then if i got the FD it would only be to sell it mid summer, i wouldnt really enjoy it to the fullest... and yeah i told him to just eat me finally. so... im keeping the bike!!!! good news for my kawi haha. also, im searching hard for a Z
i got enough money for a decent one since it seems the market for them have dropped. unfortunately everything seems to be in cali thats worth while. if i dont come up with a Z i will get a DSM thats already have the upgrades i approve of, them ima get it a DSM link for tuning then program the 2 step and just go ape **** haha.

no point now though. also, my buddy had a 300awhp talon and it ran a 13.2 just fyi. it used to run low 12's but **** happened, he upgraded a whole bunch of **** but it introduced a weird boost leak and also had a horrible tune afterwards then got dyno tuned probably woulda done 11's at 380awhp (and this was with the boost leak still they couldnt find it) but some driver stuck him in a wall a few days later.
ummmm.... ok? i like the over all styling inside and out its a great motor decent efi system thats very tuneable and user friendly the AWD will be great around my parts huge aftermarket and OEM selection especially since the motor was used from the 80's until last year.... need i go on?

right.... unfortunately i dont have a complex where i need a big motor to make up for dick size, im pretty ok in that field. if it gets decent gas mileage and can make HP if wanted im happy. which btw this motor has made 1000awhp on pump gas also 1400awhp no nitrous and has brought many imports into the 7 second range. all on the stock block (internals built obviously but still the 4g63 block) it was built originally as a diesel motor so its extremely strong and actually pumps out good tq numbers especially for a 4 banger.
more doors, more kids.... i don't know the actual specs, but the 4 doors takes the evo way down in my book. i do still like it though. about as much as i can like a 4-cyl. i'd rather go dsm though. the smaller size and similarly powered engine get me.
the 1G talon is much nicer than the 1G eclipse. the 2G however the eclipse wins until the later model talon they look nice as well, but they are also heavier and had the retarded bolt patter crank that causes crank walk on launches. however they did have forged pistons. the evo is nice, love em, but even heavier and im not made of 15G's (and thats a low end price)
