Went to give blood today...
I went to give blood today, and ended up walking out without donating. I passed the prerequisites, was doing fine, until I sat down in the chair and almost gave blood. My arm ended up falling asleep, and kept falling asleep as soon as it would get circulation back. I told the guy who was about to take my blood, and he was being a total dick about it, like I was making an excuse to not give blood. The company was Bloodsource, and they were doing a remote drive at my old high school (my girlfriend wanted to give blood, so I decided to as well). Has anyone else had experience with Bloodsource? I've heard some bad things about them, but this is my first experience with them, and it was definitely poor.

I wonder the same thing! I was nervous, I won't lie, I hate needles, but my fingers were falling asleep because of the damned chair. After that happened and the guy was being a dick about it, I didn't feel like giving blood as much as I did earlier.

i'm sure you had an isolated experience.
put youself in the guys shoes.
all his job entails is sticking ppl with needles and taking their blood. How many ppl do you think chicken out once they see that needle? I doubt you were the first person that particular day that was giving "excuses" for whatever reason. He just, obviously, took it the wrong way.
