well, download isnt too impressive, but latency aint bad at all. dsl kinda blows, but not like dialup .

 

My ISP is ***... you also have to take into consideration that I'm going through a wireless router with 4 other machines sharing the connection, and I am 100 + miles from the nearest "Test center"... Overall, I'd say that number rocked!

that's weird.
i ran it various times and got widely varying results.
biggest variance was the latency, as a video game player, the higher the latency the more lag i experience so that's bad.

I had a fluke computer that I set up at home. It is win98 and I'm using it for mp3's in my garage. When I had originally set it up I used this same 56K modem on it and it would continuously connect at 112K and do steady downloads of mp3's at 10K second. All my other computers used the same modem and would only download at 5K/sec at best... weird
