Got an offer to sell my s30 that has plenty of goodies. The guy is offering me a 84 AE (i believe its Canadian) plus some cash. The body needs a little tlc but nothing to cry about. the under body looks great. in the rear where the tire is held some cancer but its not swiss cheese. the paint will have to be redone. T tops dont leak. has a bw t5. the engine does not have heads on it. BUT i do have a beast of a vg on a engine stand with a big daddy tranny. the seats will have to be redone. Getting the z fever again gotta start with bushings and suspension upgrades.

 

Swap vg30 in s30, have a beer, call it a day.

 

second ^^^^ except drink the beer while swapping the engine lol.


the AE is the kinda car you get and build to drift and looklike ****, not something you trade an S30 for, i know you'd be sad in the end. just buy an AE for cheap to dick with in your spare time, don't trad the S30 for it.


hey, you have that SX tranny setup for the L motor still or is that long gone?

 

OR buy the AE, part it out/sell it, then use the profit to put the VG in the s30.

 

i was orginally going to throw the z in the s30 but my z fever went away. i can always get another s30. the next one will have a lsx no questions asked. sorry snw i dont have that conversion anymore. sold it a couple months ago to my old roommate. its a simple procedure im sure you guru *** can do it. ill get some pics up of the ae this weekend. sorry but pretty set on the exchange.

seriously your s30 is awesome. white with black rbrs and zg flares. or is it vg flares? dunno. anyway, it looks f-ing awesome. that's my ideal s30 base. you're crazy to give that up for a z31! ae or no ae.
