I posted this thread on a few local forums with little feedback so I chose to give it a try on Zdriver. Basically, I live in pensacola, florida in a three bedroom one bathroom house with two empty bedrooms that im now looking to rent out immediately. Average rent per person is $350 and that includes rent, power, water, gas, trash, high speed internet, and cable tv. This house has a two car garage in the backyard completely seperate from the house, plenty large enough for almost any project. It's a very quiet neighborhood with primarily elderly people and quiet families, yep. There is no security deposit and common pets are allowed. I think that about covers everything and I'll go ahead and post some pics of the house as well.
