i got some stuff goin on... yeah lost a guy in a car accident a week or so ago didnt plan on bringin it up but since im all on edge i figured i would explain, also lost my supervisor at work who was damn near a friend to smoking she had a few strokes and heart attacks and died eventually... so i did quit smoking and started ruunning and workin mroe so im in a wierd place right now and what rod said jsut dug in, it was like my place of solitude (here) away from the at home **** was starting to reject me... idk man, but i guess sorry.

Snw....I didn't know you smoked....you know what helped me when I quite for 2 years? Give your mind and HANDS something else to do...Like car stereo's or model cars or masturbation...I like that one alot....don't let the food crave get ahold of you. The best way to stop smoking is to start diving...cant smoke under water.

haha no place to dive in IL in winter. but yeah snow is letting up melting away so i can start working on my car again, get it running, get a stereo in it, i dont really use the M word much any more lol, and im definatly trying not to get the food crave so i just pound water and run for a mile n a half or so

Anybody notice how them cigs go out all by themselves now if you don't puff on 'em for a minute or so? Maybe they eliminated one of those bad chemicals that used to keep them lit. Prolly a cost reduction effort on the manufacturers part.
