Well, duh....
I wasn't gonna say anything, but either they guy knows nothing about cars or he's 13. You can tell by his posting style. Also, when he was asked what kind of a doctor he is, he said "medicine and surgery". Huh? What kind of doctor says that? All doctors practice medicine and "surgery" is kinda general. I'd expect an answer like "orthopedic surgeon" or "cardiovascular surgeon".
