Ok dilema here...

Please if you can look at a calendar, it will help you and me out...

I believe i need to get another check from the company...here goes...

Sep 18 is cuttoff for sep 22nd paycheck...
so from sep 18-oct 1st is another work week
sep 22nd is my paycheck i get check and a half (i asked half because i went to texas)
i worked untill 30th...so from last check cuttoff to 30th nov is another check
which i get...oct 7th while im in texas, a full check...
i come back on 10th and start working...with now 0 hours because i was gone for a week...
i work from 11-16 oct (cutoff) and get a HALF a check on 21st because i took half before my vacation...so now im all cought up on hours...
then i work from 17th to 28th and that was my last day but I get no check...

here i made up a calendar (yeah i know your 4-year old son or daughter could do better) i made it in paintshop so its all fuzzy i dunno why but you get main idea...each workdays colour corresponds to the payday and full circles are full pays and half circle is half a payday--RED is no work..and yes i did have 3 weeks vacation pay so i dont owe them for that half week...

Uh, yeah. I'd say you're owed another check. So you got payed for the week of the 11th - 16th, but only half (for the reason you described). Then you work the following week and they decided what? That you just shouldn't get payed for it? Now I can't vouch for the Laws there in Canada but down here that **** is illegal. I've had employers try to hold off on checks for as long as they could, but they always pay up. Is this a privately owned company or does it have like a corporate office or something like that? The quickest way to get you money is always to use the word "lawsuit". It gives business owners the shakes and sends them into a nervous check writing twitch

I remember at one point the corporate office at my old work decided that they could hold on to our checks for an extra two weeks before issuing them to us its a good thing i didn't need the money at that point but they sure screwed a lot of other people over
