The official post whore thread..
will if that were true, valve stems are removable... also, im sure whatever sensor is transferable and MANY GTR's have new/different rims on them. wouldnt be very smart if it could only use one specific rim.

dang.....carz are soooo over rated----anyone wanna fix my bike tire----has a thorn in it and needs patched......
only modern american cars i like are vipers vettes high end cobra's though i'd take the previous generation over the new one i think and thats about it. and yeah they have to be a cobra not a fan of the GT also a regular C6 is ok but i could spend my money better a Z06 would be tuff to beat but if i had money to throw around i would take a GTR over it but then im in the price range of a ZR1 and that makes things tuff. vipers are a bit to high in price though they got the new ACR which i would like to learn more about, also wonder what it costs. also i read alot about the corvettes interiors being crap and falling apart i remember one C6 Z06 where the roof started ripping off on the highway lol. the GTR is a great car and if it were to drop down under 3500lbs and get a better tranny so they could do the launch without voiding the warranty it would be a tough car then to turn down in any aspect.
i perfer to build my Own car. i choose what i want in a car over price. and hp. 200HP Z built my way is just fine. i feel more for a car when i build it. then buy it. just more respect for it

it'll be annoying as **** and ding at you every 3 ****in secconds saying you have no tire pressure and you should seek asistance.
frankly i am really not liking the GTr's
a GTr used to be an affordable car in japan and now its this.....thing....that costs a whole hell of a lot.
skyline and gtr arent the same thing any more and they were for a very long time. i think it shoulda stayed that way
ultimate tech tip:
"how to bend 24 valves over a 10 minute period"
step one: warm engine up to specified operating temperatures and ensure all fluids are topped off.
(to protect you short block from damage i recommend using a full synthetic oil and using lucas stabilizer.)
step two: top off tank to ensure minimum fuel slosh during high G cornering, then check tire pressure and stagger and torque lug nuts.
step three: reach bottom of the mountain without tipping off the local authorities, then heat up your tyres by doing a small 10 second burn out.
step four: while holding one foot on the brake and one on the gas, slowly raise the RPM's to approximately 1200 RPM, upon releasing the brake be sure to keep your left foot hovering over the brake pedal to maximize braking performance and increase speed through the corners.
step five: ensuring that you are WOT through every curve because the vg30de lacks something called "power" and ensuring that if you have to slow down you immediately drop the automatic trans into first to bring a maximum RPM of 8k RPM for optimal engine braking, be sure to check your oil pressure and water temp and ignore the trans light whenever possible.
step six: after the last corner when your favorite rush song ends and you turn down the radio you will notice a slight knocking noise, just continue to ignore this sound until you reach your home.
step seven: after you have parked your z jack it up and support it using jack stands, then drain the oil, now remove the upper intake plenum and proceed to strip the engine for top end dissasembly, then proceed to remove the cams, lifter and valve springs.
step eight: CONGRATULATIONS! you have successfully completed the test!
